今年も無事に夏が来たようだ。ピーターソン限定パイプたばこある意味でひとつの風物詩のよう。例年のものとは違い、缶はより密閉度が高いもので、袋も密閉されている。パッケージデザインは橙色をベースとしている。オレンジやマンゴーを連想させられる。 At last, summer has come. Limited edition of pipe tobacco is one of the big event for pipe smokers. It has sealed container, high quality tin and re-sealable sticker with pouch. It package design is orange colour. It reminds me of orange and mango. 缶を開けると、酸味をともなったオレンジのような香り、少しマンゴーを思い起こさせる甘いフレーバーに、わずかにバニラのアロマが漂う。葉組みをみると、ブラックキャベンディッシュ、よくほぐされたバージニア、ラフカットされたバージニアを確認できる。湿度はちょうど良い具合なのでそのまま詰めても問題なさそうだ。 When open up tin, lil bit sour aroma of mandarin orange, little sweet flavour of mango and just hint of vanilla smell good. Blend is black cavendish, ready rubbed virginia and rough cut virginia. Humidity is so comfortable that I can pack 'em easily.

早速着火してみると、バージニアの甘さを愉しめる。限定たばこというと、フレーバーの味わいがメインのものが多いが、このたばこはたばこ葉そのものの味わいを活かしたものであると言える。奥底で感じるバニラのフレーバーはブラックキャベンディッシュの甘さを盛り上げ、オレンジのようなアロマはバージニア本来の甘さを支えている。後半になるにしたがって、たばこ葉の喫味がさらに強くなる。 When lightning up a bowl, fantastic sweetness of virginia comes up. Normal limited edition pipe tobacco has aroma of flavour mainly however this blend has main character of natural taste of leaves. Deep inside, flavour of vanilla support sweet taste of black cavendish, orange aroma helps natural sweetness of virginia. In second half, natural sweetness of leaves get stronger. このブレンドはあまり強くないので好きな時間帯に愉しめる。ルームノートは心地よいアロマなのでお気に入りの場所(私の場合は河口湖wwww)で喫煙してはいかがだろうか。個人的にはアイスティーを片手に愉しみたい。お酒であればジントニックやウォッカソーダなど。 This blend is not so strong that I can smoke no matter when. Its room note is comfortable. Why don't you smoke it at your favourite place?
